Corrective Coloring / Complete Color Change Policy:
•Complimentary strand test required before booking in order to give a proper estimate on time and cost.
•Strand test can take two or more hours depending on the steps involved to achieve the desired goal and to make sure the integrity of the hair isn’t compromised, not knowing the history of your hair.
• A 50% deposit is required upon booking to guarantee the extensive amount of time that will be blocked out on the appointment book.
• A 24 hour notice of cancellation is required in order to keep your deposit. -
